The Guidance Services and Wellness Center (GSWC) successfully conducted “Lead Like Her: Capture. Speak. Empower.” from March 16 to 31, 2026, in celebration of National Women’s Month. Anchored on the theme “WE for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society” and the sub-theme “Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”, the activity promoted women’s empowerment, gender equality, and inclusive leadership within the university community.
The celebration featured a Freedom Wall Engagement, where students and staff shared messages of empowerment, commitments, and reflections on women’s leadership. The completed Freedom Wall served as a collective display of support for gender equality and positive change.
The activity also featured the “Lead Like the Babaylans: Campus Leadership Series” Podcast, highlighting the experiences and insights of women leaders from the university. Through their stories, participants gained a deeper appreciation of leadership rooted in service, resilience, and empowerment.
