Struggling after grades dropped? You’re not alone!
The Psychology and Behavioral Science Society has conducted its 3rd Kamustahan session last November 21, 2025, to tackle the mental and emotional strain of college life for its freshmen students.
Ms. Charlyn from the University of the Cordilleras-Guidance Services and Wellness Center has shared about the common struggles freshmen students face, including adjusting to college life, navigating homesickness and managing academic pressure.

She also provided essential tips on how to overcome the demands of college life and to enjoy student life. During the session, students openly discussed their personal struggles and received practical advice. The session ended on a hopeful notes, reminding all participants that free and confidential help is always available at the Guidance Services and Wellness Center.
